Role Overview:

Specific responsibilities of the Digital Media Buyer include:

  • Set-up, manage, execute and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to drive marketing projects from idea to completion and then through testing/optimization
  • Continuously ideate, implement and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and landing pages to optimize for engagement/conversions.
  • Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each advertising channel and campaign.
  • Send out weekly reporting to clients, with a detailed recap of the past week’s performance, optimizations made and any recommended changes to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Review new content submissions from client (ad copy, video edits, new landing page, offer, etc.) and provide feedback if changes need to be made before testing
  • Collaborate with Finance team to maintain billing reconciliation for client and vendors; identify and resolve billing discrepancies

Role Overview:

As a Media Scheduling Associate, the primary responsibility is to support the Director of Media Operations in all aspects of the day to day responsibilities of traffic and listings. The Media Scheduling Associate will actively strive to ensure all traffic and listings are entered and submitted correctly and match media for each station. The Media Scheduling Associate will work to develop a greater understanding of all aspects of Cannella Media’s business, and work together with other departments to achieve company goals.

 

Specific duties of the Media Scheduling Associate are:

  • Enter traffic (information about the shows that are scheduled to run at a certain time on a certain station) in MediaStar (Cannella’s proprietary media system), and send to the station or to Cannella’s in-house technical facility, accurately and meet established deadlines.
  • Match listings (the descriptions that run on the channel guide on certain televisions) with traffic entered and submit accurately to Cannella’s external listing services to meet established deadlines.
  • Check and confirm listings on assigned stations on a television or online, and document results correctly by established deadlines. If errors are found, communicate the error with the appropriate person so corrections can be made in a timely manner.
  • Work with internal staff and external listing services to resolve any listing discrepancies.
  • Accurately enter traffic changes and listings, submit to the correct station and listing service according to established schedules.
  • Review listing discrepancies as we are informed of them and work to remediate in a timely manner.
  • Complete all check lists and sheets on time; organized, personally checked, documented and updated with current information for traffic and listings by 3pm Friday for current week’s entries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize efficiencies within the department.
  • Build and maintain active relationships with outside Traffic Managers and Listing Service contacts to ensure data received is accurate and timely, and discrepancies are addressed and resolved quickly.

Role Overview:

In this role, we are looking for interns with strong interest in the e-commerce business who will support social media strategies within platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to assist in executing organic social posts for products in the Beauty, Home, Outdoor, Pet and other categories. Candidates must be savvy and on top of trends on social media, specifically regarding e-commerce, to optimize for engagement and brand awareness for products.
