Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Traffic Coordinator is to assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of ordering client dubs for stations to air. This includes working with outside vendors to produce and send the dub requests to stations, along with tracking and remediation of these orders. The Traffic Coordinator will work to ensure all aspects of the dub requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner while working with team members to resolve issues as they arise. The Traffic Associate will also strive to gain a greater understanding of all aspects of the Cannella Media DTC business and work together with other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service/ coordinator role
  • Intermediate MS Products experience
  • Strong communication skills of concise, accurate deadline-driven information

Coordinators are responsible for assisting the Director of Audio with operational, traffic, research & planning of various audio media channels including terrestrial, satellite, streaming & podcasts. This position supports all day-to-day activities related to audio media. The role of the Audio Coordinator is an entry-level position that facilitates the learning required to become an audio planning and buying professional.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ads specialist to help manage and optimize campaigns for our business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through advertising.

 Duties

 Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns.

  • Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns – including ad campaigns for Paid Search, Pmax and YouTube

The Business Development Executive (“BDE”) is responsible for pursuing and establishing relationships with prospective customers and converting them into new clients. The BDE is adept at identifying opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, conveying the Company’s value proposition, and closing new business within a hands-on/entrepreneurial environment. Success requires exceptional organization and interpersonal skills. New accounts are won on the strength of relationship building, strategic thinking, quantitative and qualitative analysis, a creative approach to problem solving, and convincing verbal and written communications.

Specific duties of the Business Development Executive are:

  • Drive continuous revenue growth. Keep a strong, active, diversified sales pipeline.
  • Ability to fully understand our company’s offerings to prospect and generate the right opportunities.
  • Conduct effective discovery to understand client’s business, motivations, and challenges to offer the best solution and value to make the sale.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure post-sales success and client satisfaction.
  • Makes connections and develops new contacts and alliances within our industry to explore and discover new business opportunities.
  • Helps develop pitch strategy and master and manage the RFP/RFI process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Successful track record (8+ years) of business development within the advertising agency industry.
  • Must have strong understanding of the various digital marketing channels/metrics and be familiar with the types of ads that run on each platform.
  • Experience with pitching Digital media highly preferable (including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display)
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the sale to show ROI with C-level executives.
  • Firm understanding of finance, sales and marketing/advertising best practices.
  • Experience using social media platforms a plus (specifically, FB, IG or TikTok)
  • Experience with CTV media sales a plus
  • Experience with Holistic Video (Linear + CTV) a plus
  • Venture capital and e-commerce relationships a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
