Under the direction of the EVP, Business Development, Production Coordinator is responsible for the planning, production, coordination, and distribution of creative materials.
Job Responsibilities:
·         Liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and production partners

o    Coordinate meetings, review concepts, scripts, style frames and edits.

o    Provide own editing notes, compile internal stakeholder input/feedback, ensure client’s notes were addressed.

o    Apply timelines, steward approval process, and ensure projects are running on schedule. Setting and tracking priorities, assigning deadlines, and communicating all parties of scheduling changes.

Role Overview:

As a Media Program Scheduler, the primary responsibility is to support the Director of Media Planning in all aspects of the day to day responsibilities of program scheduling. The Media Program Scheduler will actively strive to ensure all programs are optimized, submitted correctly, and follow Best Practices. The Media Program Scheduler will work to develop a greater understanding of all aspects of Cannella Media’s business, and work together with other departments to achieve company goals.


Specific duties of the Media Program Scheduler are:

  • Complete all scheduling aspects of the PBM platform – create schedules, send to internal teams on time, maximize revenue and share results.
  • Ensure schedules follow Best Practices for optimization and scheduling.
  • Distribute schedules in a timely manner with limited errors.
  • Utilize platform and competitor monitoring tools to derive insight to drive optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze station results via daily and weekly reports; use these results to drive optimization decisions.
  • Monitor station and program performance daily.
  • Actively participate in weekly conversations regarding show results (written and/or verbal).
  • Utilize MediaStar (Cannella Media’s proprietary media system) and MicroStrategy (Business Intelligence Tool) to optimize, review and schedule stations. Find new ways to use current reports, build new reports and share findings with team.

Cannella Media is seeking an experienced professional with a demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently without making mistakes, proven superior analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel and Word skills, working with database systems, and a proven track record of identifying fundamental process problems and championing change around solutions.  We are looking for a person who can develop strong internal work relationships, has solid verbal and written communication skills, and is innately inquisitive, a self-starter, and someone who goes the extra step to produce great work.


Qualified candidates should have at least two years’ experience working with data, in a position where strong analysis and organization skills were demonstrated or a BS undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study, and strong business expertise.
