Role Overview:

Working in a team or independently, responsible for the maintenance and support of existing applications and the design and development of new software applications. Promotes a “service” attitude when providing information and technology solutions to all operating groups and their personnel.

 

Specific responsibilities of the Data Engineer include:

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and support existing apps (desktop/web)
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications (desktop/web)
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for development by Software Team
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, and Prototype)

Accounting Manager

Role Overview:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day general ledger accounting of the organization.  They are responsible for ensuring the financial wellness and integrity of the organization while developing standards and processes for continued financial success.

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure timely invoicing to clients and a consistent AR process that provides for successful cashflow results
  • Ensure a solid AP process that provides for timely payments to vendors
  • Ensure business office procedures support accurate and compliant financial statement reporting and protect company assets from fraud or error
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes to financial position analysis when compared to budget and prior year
  • Assist in the budget and forecast processes
  • Investigate and report to the CFO or Controller any inconsistencies to accounting procedures or results

The Google Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies for measuring website performance.  Such efforts will create revenue-driving programs that build relationships with clients, as well as online audiences through the use of various digital and social media platforms.

 

Specific responsibilities of the Data Engineer include:

  • Use analytical tools to capture and analyze performance metrics for websites.
  • Work with internal and external clients to effectively set up tracking via Google Analytics.
  • Import data from various platforms to internal data stores.
  • Write queries to access an MS SQL database to produce periodic report.
  • Thrive under rapid, creative and copy iterations to maximize ad performance.
  • Turn data into insights.  Build reports and dashboards to quickly identify trends and spot opportunities.
  • Proactively test new campaigns. Identify growth opportunities and develop end-to-end strategies to help conversion rate.
  • Guide/Educate internal Analytics team regarding Google Analytics.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a savvy Data Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for assisting the Sr Data Engineer with day-to-day tasks as well as ongoing projects. The Data Engineer will also be responsible for supporting 3rd-party data streams as well as internal software developers with their data needs. An ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and experience within Microsoft stack and big data as well as self-directed and comfortable in supporting the needs of multiple team members/projects. 

 

Specific responsibilities of the Data Engineer include:

  • Support & build upon the existing data warehouse
  • Create and maintain data pipeline architecture by addressing data issues and optimizing for performance
  • Validate data loads for accuracy and explore ways to enhance data reliability
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Pull data from 3rd party data files as well as Google Analytics
  • Combine information from various data sources
  • Execute attribution models as necessary
  • Introduce new ideas & concepts to manage the data pipeline
  • Interpret trends and patterns, and present data in a usable format using reporting tools
